I am glad to say that I like this bag a lot due it's sturdiness and the vast amount of room it provides. I happened to use it yesterday to move a lot of my belongings to my new home along with my laptop. This bag fits an amazingly amount of stuff including test books, bowls, lunch boxes, along with my laptop and its accessories. I might have carried over 10kg, and after a long long distance of walking, my shoulders was only mildly sore. The weight distribution of this bag is really top notch.
Praises aside I have one major complaint and 2 minor ones I'd like to say. The major flaw is: OMG it can't hold my drink bottle! This is the first bag where I haven't seen a place (webbed holder) for my bottle. I worked around it by putting it in the vertical zipper (some people say this zip is useless but I found a purpose for it!) But it is not possible to reach it on the go, and taking of the bag to get to the front is required. I'd really like to see future Everki bags having water bottle component (almost a deal breaker for me)
Another minor flaw is the material of padding, which is a bit brisk and offers a lot of friction, this in itself is good but will hurt your skin if made contact (around the neck)
Last minor flaw is the side pockets. The direction it is designed makes it easy to access what you need (towards you), but hard to ensure that the zipper is completely closed again (push away from you). For me making sure the zipper is completely closed would be much more important as to secure my belongings.
Overall I'd say the bag justifies its price as a laptop bag, along with it's warranty, even though my review is really really picky. It's also the best bag I've used but also the most expensive.
