There are some people that say the Asus g73 does not fit, others say it does fit. Thought I would help clear this bit up. The Asus g73 does indeed fit quite nicely if you have the vents facing the side of the bag with the longer zipper (in my experience). The corners of the laptop poke out of the sides about 1/4 of an inch, nothing to bad. Carrying this laptop and the power brick is no problem with this backpack, I hardly feel like I am caring more than 3 pounds.
